We all know Lava is hot! but did you know you can use Lava to make your own lava steak given you have access to Lava. The video by Robet Wysocki shows how can a steak be made using lava, though the chefs are making use of protection as well which is highly recommended if you want to this. Something like this without having the protection would definitely never be recommended to try out at home. Molten lava can have temperatures higher than 1200 Fahrenheit which is a lot of heat.
The project is called Syracuse University Lava Project which is a collaboration between sculptor Bob Wysocki (Assistant Professor at Department of Art) and Geologist Jeff Karson (Professor, Department of Earth Science) at the Syracuse University. They are indeed doing some cool stuff with lava.
