Is this really a ribeye?

Hi, I saw a butcher selling "rib eye" at de Haagse Markt for 15.99?/kg.
Intrigued by the appealing price, I gave it a shot and bought it.
I'm not an expert in meat cuts (yet), but I've seen images of ribeye steaks all over the internet.
That's why this piece of meat left me dubious.
Was this really a ribeye?

Zou prima kunnen zo op het eerste gezicht

This looks more like a cut from the front of the rib section.
In the Netherlands we call it "Riblap" and it comes from: "Onder Rib" (2) or "Dikke Rib" (3) that's where I think this cut is coming from.
The ribeye comes from further to the back of the cow, in Holland we call that part: "Fijne Rib" (4)

See link for picture of above mentioned parts (2,3 and 4)

I never had a ribeye so I cannot compare, unfortunately...

Had naar dit overzicht wel eens gezocht maar leuk dat ik het nu heb.
Bedankt voor de link

Has nothing to do with a ribeye. Pure scam!!
